Peter Matthews is a veteran real estate executive with over 30 years in the industry, known for his leadership, innovation, and influence across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. He began his career in Sydney at age 19, quickly advancing through roles such as Auctioneer, Trainer, and COO for Ray White Group, where he spent more than 15 years shaping major business operations and training teams.

• Peter led three franchise offices as CEO in Sydney's Lower North Shore, managing 55 staff and 1250 properties.

• He served as General Manager for Real Estate Services at Fairfax Digital & APM, leading large teams and key acquisitions.

• After selling his offices to The Agency, he directed national strategy and operational innovation as Director of Strategy, Marketing, and Operations, driving technology adoption and market growth.

• Peter has conducted over 30,000 property auctions across Australia and New Zealand and was recognised as NSW’s top auctioneer by the REINSW.

• Peter co-founded Realtair, a pioneering real estate middleware platform, guiding 112 staff in delivering digital sales solutions and transforming agent workflows; the company was acquired by REA Group for its industry impact.

• He’s a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and served on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, contributing significantly to industry standards and advocacy.

• As CEO of Matthews & Co, Peter advises, coaches, and consults with global franchisors, business principals, and top agents to drive growth, performance, and innovation in real estate markets.

• He is the International Director, and partner for Century 21 operations across UAE and India, where he focuses on network expansion, franchise development, and leveraging technology, including AI-powered mobile tools, to serve agents and customers with the globally renowned C21 brand.

• Peter works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners, supporting their ambitions to own regional or individual franchises within Century 21, a model driven by cutting-edge technology and customer service excellence.
